Free Rescheduling / Cancellation Window: You may cancel or reschedule your booked teleconsultation or physical clinical appointment up to 4 hours prior to the scheduled appointment start time without incurring any penalty.
Late Cancellations: Cancellations made less than 4 hours before the scheduled session, or failure to attend the session (no-show), are generally non-refundable, as the clinician's time has been exclusively reserved for you.
Clinician-Initiated Cancellations: If an appointment must be cancelled by us due to unforeseen clinical emergencies or technical failures, you will be given the option to reschedule immediately or receive a 100% full refund.
2. Refund Eligibility Exceptions
Refunds will not be granted under the following circumstances:
Requests made after a teleconsultation has been successfully completed or past the allowable cancellation window.
Dissatisfaction arising from failure to follow clinician guidance, medical non-compliance, or internet connectivity issues on the user's end during virtual sessions.
3. Refund Processing Timelines
Once a refund request is reviewed and approved by our support team:
The refund is initiated immediately through our payment gateway partner, Razorpay.
The amount will be credited back to your original payment method (Credit/Debit Card, UPI, Net Banking, or Wallet) within 5 to 7 business days, depending on your banking institution's processing cycles.
4. How to Request a Cancellation or Refund
You can manage, reschedule, or cancel your booking instantly directly through our web portal:
Navigate to the Manage Booking tab on our portal.
Enter your registered mobile number to look up your active appointments.
Click Cancel Booking to instantly trigger a cancellation and notify our coordinator via WhatsApp to process your refund.
