We want you to be completely satisfied with our protocols and clinical innovations. If you are unsatisfied with an in-app purchase, digital report, or assessment access, you are eligible to request a full refund within 7 days of the initial purchase date by emailing support@shatvayu.com.
Approved refund requests are processed within 5-7 business days and will be credited back automatically through the original payment method (via Razorpay).
