1. Nature of Teleconsultation Services
We provide online teleconsultations, clinical evaluations, somatic movement guidance, and psychological support conducted by licensed physiotherapists and allied somatic specialists. These services are delivered via digital channels.
Emergency Disclaimer: Teleconsultation services are not suitable for medical emergencies, acute trauma, severe psychiatric crises, suicidal ideation, or life-threatening conditions. If you are experiencing a medical emergency, immediately visit your nearest hospital emergency room or contact local emergency services.
2. Medical & Psychological Disclaimer
Inherent Limitations: Teleconsultations rely heavily on visual and auditory data provided via video or audio links. They do not substitute for a complete physical examination that can only occur in an in-person clinical setting.
Diagnostic & Treatment Boundaries: Recommendations, home exercise programs, and somatic tracking protocols provided during virtual sessions are educational and clinical guidance tools. They require your active feedback regarding pain or discomfort levels.
Psychosomatic Care: Psychological support or somatic coaching offered through our platform focuses on nervous system regulation, chronic pain coping, and stress management. It does not constitute formal psychiatric institutional care unless explicitly coordinated through licensed medical channels.
3. User & Patient Responsibilities
To ensure safe and effective care, you agree to:
Provide accurate, complete, and truthful medical history, symptom descriptions, and past clinical records.
Ensure you are in a private, safe, and quiet environment with a stable internet connection during your scheduled session.
Disclose any pre-existing conditions, pregnancy, cardiovascular concerns, or severe structural injuries before engaging in somatic movement or physiotherapy exercises.
Follow prescribed protocols at your own physical pace. If you experience sharp pain, dizziness, or distress during an exercise, you must stop immediately and inform your practitioner.
4. Appointments, Cancellations, and Rescheduling
Booking Confirmation: Appointments are confirmed only upon successful completion of payment processing via our verified payment gateway (Razorpay).
Rescheduling: You may reschedule an appointment up to 4 hours prior to the scheduled start time without penalty through your account dashboard or by contacting support.
Late Arrivals: If you join a teleconsultation late, your session will still end at the originally scheduled time to respect the clinician's subsequent appointments.
5. Fees, Payments, and Billing
All fees for teleconsultations and clinical packages are displayed clearly on our booking pages in Indian Rupees (INR) and are inclusive of applicable taxes unless stated otherwise.
Payments are processed securely through Razorpay. Fasciamax Shatvayu Pvt Ltd does not store your debit/credit card numbers, UPI PINs, or banking credentials.
Upon successful completion of payment, your appointment will be confirmed, and booking details or payment receipts will be shared with you via email or WhatsApp coordination.
6. Intellectual Property Rights
All content on shatvayu.com—including text, graphics, logos, video protocols, exercise guides, and software architecture—is the exclusive property of Fasciamax Shatvayu Private Limited and is protected under Indian and international copyright laws. Unauthorized reproduction, distribution, or commercial exploitation is strictly prohibited.
7. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Fasciamax Shatvayu Pvt Ltd, its directors, employees, and affiliated clinicians shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising out of or in connection with your use of our teleconsultation services, exercise guidance, or website downtime.
8. Governing Law and Jurisdiction
These Terms of Service shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. Any legal disputes, claims, or controversies arising out of these terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts located in Guwahati, Assam.
